Looks like a great recipe book. I love that it includes the story behind the recipes. I saw there was a recipe for Mexican chocolate loaf cake. I am pretty sure that would be one of the first thing I would make. It sounds wonderful.

This book appeals to me because it has recipes from other cultures, so it’s not the same old stuff. Thanks for the giveaway!

I like a lot of things about this book, first is that it’s beginner friendly and while it uses exotic ingredients she includes a list of where to buy if they are unavailable at your local grocery store.
