Love to win this book
Besides all of the yummy recipes from all over the world, I love that the author seeks to connect people from different backgrounds through cooking traditions and the food itself. Plus, the photographs look stunning! I love good food photos.
Being able to make recipes from different cuisines appeals to me.
I like the “where to buy” section. I like experimenting with new foods, but sometimes, I can never find the ingredients for a new recipe.
I like the different recipes, I love trying new recipes and different types of cuisines.
I like that the book has alot of recipes from around the world. It is always exciting to try something new.
I like the st0ry section
Besides the lovely cover attracting me to the book, I am always looking for unique ingredients and spices to add to my “basic” cooking knowledge. I also am impressed that it includes a “where to buy” list because this is sometimes the biggest roadblock to trying new recipes.
Learning the stories behind many of dishes, I find it very interesting.
I like that the book has a section in the beginning of the book called `where to buy’ so we can source the exotic ingredients.
I like that the book not only has exotic recipes but the stories to back up theses recipes. To help visual the people and culture you are cooking from.
I love the where to buy section…it makes it so much easier to shop for things when I know where to find it!
I like the phrase ” exotic flavors ” because no matter what I put into my food, it all tastes bland and boring.
Looks like a colorful & inspiring book to enjoy cooking.
Learning the stories behind the recipes caught my interest.
I like the idea of learning the stories behind the recipes.
I like that it has a wide array of flavors throughout the entire book.
I love the where to buy ingredients section. It makes grocery shopping easier.
