I’m ready to change up my cooking repertoire. And I really like that she tells the story behind the recipes. That way I can feel in some small way, like I’ve been there. New flavors and adventures! What’s not to like?
The first thing that stood out to me and caught my eye was the recipes she lists as examples in her description a few of those sounded yummy enough to download the cookbook!
I like that it has techniques.. I’m always interested in learning something new.
I really like the layout of the book. The history and story of the item or event is well done. Photos and illustrations are nice .
