    I’m ready to change up my cooking repertoire. And I really like that she tells the story behind the recipes. That way I can feel in some small way, like I’ve been there. New flavors and adventures! What’s not to like?

    The first thing that stood out to me and caught my eye was the recipes she lists as examples in her description a few of those sounded yummy enough to download the cookbook!

    I am always looking for new and creative ways to indulge in new foods. I really like the exoticness brought by this cookbook along with the use of spices and new foods.
