I like that she crafts stories about the dishes – anyone can tell you a recipe, but it’s more interesting when you know the origins or traditions relating to the dish!
I like that the book includes traditional, familiar recipes & recipes from other cultures. I don’t have any experience with cooking foods from other cultures, so it would be neat to try it out!
I think what appeals to me the most about this cookbook is how it has recipes from around the world- I love cooking and trying new things!
I have absolutely no experience with either Indo-Pakistani or Tanzanian cooking – time to learn! This book looks like a great help with that!
