I like that it has recipes from all over so it’s like several different cook books all in one.

I love that she puts stories with each recipe; the story behind the recipe. It’s like living vicariously cooking different cultural foods and recipes. You get to ‘travel’ by cooking the recipes in this book.

I like that they are recipes from around the world. I don’t travel much so this would be fun for me to learn about other countries.

Because the recipes are from different locations. For me traveling means sampling local flavor, trying something new. What’s the point of traveling to a new and exciting location only to grab a meal at a chain restaurant. I collect cookbooks and love trying new recipes with my family.

I like the traditional recipes with the exotic spices. I love to cook, but learning about all the different spices that we are not use to using is wonderful.

Reading the recipe names made my mouth water I am vegetarian and these all look like things I can make! Furthermore I recently went to Istanbul and everything Turkish was so very delicious! To be able to have those tastes again in my own house would be amazing!
