    I like t the diversity of recipes in this book are diverse. Whatever the desired taste, this book has a recipe to suit it.

    I love that the stories behind the recipes are included. It’s not just a list of food to make but also a learning experience! I appreciate context, and I’d like to learn more about other cultures.
