I love it the way it is.
I think the look of the blog is pretty and classy. If you wanted to give it a “facelift”, changing the font of the blog banner would be a great way to freshen it up without changing anything major. 🙂

I have to agree with the others-it looks fine. How long have you had it? Is it that you want a fresh look?
I like it as is…easy to navigate/read/etc. I particularly love the lace. If anything, I might change the header to coordinate better with the lace look- fancier (but still easy to read) font, etc 🙂
The blog design is great how it is but I know sometimes it’s nice to change things up just for a refresh 🙂

I like the Barbie reference so I would not change it.
