The 2018 Summer Fancy Food Show is going on now and here are a few of my favorite foods that are being featured at the show along with several specialty food discoveries I have made during the last few months.

Throughout the year, as a specialty food blogger, companies contact me about sampling their products. It’s a lot of fun and I get to try many wonderful specialty foods. Companies hope that Walt and I will try their products and recommend them to you. Honestly, we find a lot of new products that we love. Sometimes, we try products and they are major YUCK! You never usually hear about those. We want to use our time and blog space telling you about what we recommend!
2018 Summer Fancy Food Show
The 2018 Summer Fancy Food Show is upon us, taking place from June 30 – July at the Javits Center in NYC! As many of you know, Walt and I attended the show in 2016 and 2017. We created a lot of fun articles (2016 articles, 2017 articles) about the various food and adventures there.
We aren’t attending the show this year as my daughter is getting married and there is just so much to do at home. However, we have many favorites that will be featured at the 2018 Summer Fancy Food Show that we want to bring to you. Without further adieu, here we go!

I would love to try the Rao’s Specialty Food Italian Pasta Sauce – Roasted Eggplant. I love making eggplant parmesan. This sauce would be a great accompaniment.
We enjoy trying new sauces, and the Red Duck Specialty Taco Sauce Trio looks good.
I think I would like the Ass Kickin’ World’s Hottest Fudge. I love spicy chocolate.
Would like to try the Unique Pretzels Extra Dark Pretzel”Splits”.
I would love the Dan the Sausageman Yukon Gourmet Gift Basket -Featuring Dan’s Original Sausage, because we love summer sausage and cheese and this sounds delicous!
I love artichoke hearts so I was happy to see Marin Food Specialties, Marinated Artichoke Hearts, 1/11.5 Oz on the list.
I like the Ass Kickin’ World’s hottest fudge. My son-jn-law loves hot foods. I think he would love to try this!
I would buy- 3 Pack Spontaneous Combustion Microwave Ghost Pepper Popcorn – For Those Brave Souls That Can Take the Heat – because I LOVE hot food.
I’m loving the Ass Kickin’ World’s Hottest Fudge. It’s different than anything I’ve seen.
I like the Red Duck Specialty Ketchup Trio, 3 Bottles, 14 oz. because of the flavors and because it has no high fructose corn syrup.
I am loving the Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods Charred Bourbon Sauce, Pineapple, 15.75 Ounce because this sounds delicious. I would try it on some chicken.

Oohh…I like the French Gourmet Sea Salt – Gift Tin with Bamboo Spoon! That would make such a nice gift to take somewhere for a BBQ/party hostess.
