Utterly Cute! The Janska Libby Coat

January 16, 2016 By Shelley Zurek 404 Comments

Janska Libby Coat, a Vintage Sherpa Feel

Janksa libby Coat Sherpa Black

Happy New Year from Janska’s First Ambassador (ME!)  It’s 2016 and I receive a US made Janka product each month to show you and give you an opportunity to win one for yourself! The Chief Blonde is wearing featuring the Janska Libby Coat ($219) in black and Janska Fleece mittens ($34). She is also wearing a nintage flower pin, Daisy and Jane leggings from Sam’s Club ($17) and$47.59.

Janska Libby Coat, Open or Closed it’s Stunning

A new year, yes…but I am sticking with my favorite color of all times for my coat color–BLACK! This US made Janska faux fur sherpa fleece Libby coat is like wearing a big teddy bear. I think the shawl collar is so elegant, don’t you? In the very top picture I wrapped the coat very tight and pinned it with a large vintage pin. I loved this twist as a way to shake up the look.

Another aspect I adore about the Janska Libby Coat is the contoured hi-lo hemline and the big pockets for my mittens. I am sporting a gorgeous pair of the Janska fleece mittens with a cute little flap that exposes your fingers when you need a more nimble grip but keeps them toasty when closed.

This is quite possibly my favorite Janska yet! Never forget that all Janska coats are proudly designed and sewn in the USA. The Janska Libby is machine washable and comes in sizes XS to XL. This particular coat runs big. I normally order a small in Janska but I think an extra small would have fit me a tad better. This coat is good for 20-40 degree weather.

I will be using this coat for shopping and going to church.

I really love the Olivia and Bella coats and the Roxy jacket for me. My mom would LOVE the Eliza jacket and Artisan vest. We are both avid supporters of items made in America. It is wonderful to help people around the world – but that should start at home.

Plus, I grew-up in Denver so the Colorado collection is definitely a plus ;-).

I like the Bella Coat! It reminds me of the jackets/coats that Disney Princesses wear when it’s cold – plus I like the hood!

I love the Margot Wrap in Sky. I am so addicted to wraps and boots right now! I think I love them because even if you are overweight (which I am), it still looks nice.

The Artisan Vest would be awesome for work. You never know if it is going to be warm or cold, so layers are important.

I’d like the EasyWear Jacket. It looks super warm (way better insulated than the coats I have) and is a nice, simple design with easily-accessible pockets. 🙂
