Home-grown fruits and veggies are the best. So fresh and flavorful…yum! Hope you are getting to enjoy some today. Is that the view from your balcony? You look surrounded by nature; so pretty. It’s Eat Outside Day, and with it cooler some places and rainy, soup would be a great way to enjoy the outdoors today. Plus, those soups have so many vegetables they really sound good.
I’d like to try the Green Chile Corn Chowder. I think this particular combination would taste really great.
I’d like to try the Potato Leek Soup.
I think the Cuban Black Bean Soup sounds great. I’d love to try that one; it’s something I haven’t tried before, so that would be nice.

butternut squash soup with sage would be what I would like to try. I love squash but never had it in a soup so this would be a good opportunity.
I want to try the green chile corn chowder and also the summer gazpacho. I picked 2 because I want to try them both. I just couldn’t decide.
I would love to try their Garden Minestrone first! I love soups and they definitely look like they make some delicious and healthy flavor combinations! 🙂

I love, love, love ginger so the first one I’d like to try is Carrot Ginger Soup With Coconut. I also love that it’s made with coconut milk!
