#3 Eat Healty and Well

Summer is the time to really enjoy eating and flavors. You can eat outside, enjoy fruits and vegetables and lighter food choices like soups. Consider Boulder Organics when reaching for your soup choices this summer!  Why?

  • Boulder Organic Foods was founded in 2006 by Kate Brown, who had a vision to craft “oh my gosh!” good food using garden-fresh ingredients.
  • Boulder Organic is known for its certified organic, gluten-free and Non-GMO soup made in small batches.
  • Boulder Organic soup is found in the grab-and-go and deli refrigerators of natural and conventional grocers nationally (Look for them at a Target or Fresh Thyme market near you!)
  • The company offers varieties for all types of diets, including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and dairy-free

I think I’d love the Red Lentil Dahl Soup. Dahl is my favorite thing to order when we get Indian food so it would be cool to have a more convenient option!

There are several I would like to try but I’m going with the green chile corn chowder first. I love soup but hate to make it. I think this would be really tasty with the zippy chile flavor and I love corn chowder.

Potato Leek soup sounds good because I’m kind of a picky eater. This would be a great win so I try new (healthy) foods that are easy to fix.
