Summer is the time to really enjoy eating and flavors. You can eat outside, enjoy fruits and vegetables and lighter food choices like soups. Consider Boulder Organics when reaching for your soup choices this summer!  Why?

Garden Minestrone followed by Tuscan White Bean. Why? I’m Italian-American.

They all look good (and original! I like the fresh combos/ideas!), but I think my first choice (it’s verrrrrry close) would be the Red Lentil Dahl, because I love Indian food. I’d be interested to see how they prepare it.

The potato leek soup would be my first variety to try. When we go to Disney World, my daughter ALWAYS asks to go to Be Our Guest restaurant to get their potato leek soup. I’ve never tried to make my own, but serving this would be so easy!
