TIPS FOR SHOPPING ONLINE SALES

Tip #1 Shop all the Colors
Love particular shoe or top? Don’t be afraid to try an alternate color if your size or color is unavailable or not on sale. You might just fall in love with something new. Also, if the store you are shopping has free returns, you can try on the sale color, if you don’t love it–you can return it, but then you will know if the shoe fits and you can purchase the color you prefer when it goes on sale.

Tip #2 Get Two Sizes
When you aren’t sure how a label runs, get two sizes. Shopbop and many other fine retailers have free shipping and free returns, so keep the size that fits and send the other back. If you just get the one size and you love the piece but need another size, chances aren’t it won’t be available for an exchange. Ordering two sizes now is one my BEST tips for shopping online sales.

Tip #3 Shop Your Hearts or Wish List
At Shopbop and may other stores online, you can “heart” items or “favorite” them or add them to a “wish list”. This is super useful and one of my secret tips for shopping online sales. When a sale rolls around all you have to do is, go to your hearts and put items that qualify into your shopping bag. Remember, many items at higher end stores sell out FAST, so the quicker you get your items into the cart and paid for, the better chance you have of getting all the deals YOU want.
I love sales and I love shoes! Seems the older I become, the more love I have for shoes and purses. These are great tips.

I never thought to create a wish list of favorites in order to see if those specific items go on sale. Genius! I desperately need to update my wardrobe and this Shopbop event sounds like a great time to do that.
The get 2 sizes thing is something I always tell people. Unless you know the brand/the style you never know how its going to fit.
I love buy more save more sales. I always find things I want and I usually splurge a little on sales like this. I also love the wish list option! I always lose track on the things I really like because I have to look for them again!
