I am going to share some DARLING tie front shirts, which you will see EVERYWHERE this spring!

Left to Right, Top Row to Bottom, tops I bought from this grouping are marked by *: BB Dakota Knot’s So Nice Tee*, Beyond Yoga Brushed Up Tied Up Hoodie, Rag & Bone/Jean Tie Shirt, Generations Love Melissa Hearts Sweatshirt*, Terez Ruched Tie Front Long Sleeve Tee, Rails Thea Top*
What I like about tie front tops is the easy casual resort-like feel they add to any outfit. Can women over 45 wear tie front tops? They can be a cute distraction from your body flaws (or an emphasis) so TRY THEM ON with a critical eye. I think most tie front tops look great paired with jeans, shorts or white denim. However, don’t shy away from pairing them with really fancy sequin/metallic dresses, skirts and bottoms. This will give you a casual elegance that is hard to achieve with other tops.

Awesome look! I especially like the Carnival Stripe Button Down. Might have to get one
This is a cute look, and I wouldn’t know what is in for the season, but I like be informed so I can get with the program! So many nice options to choose from here!
These are nice looking good
They look very pretty.
I never thought I could pull off a shirt like this but I actually tried one on and my sister said it looked great. I love the Madewell top with the rainbow plaid, super trendy.
I remember those crazy fashions of the 80’s lol. But this is actually a cute look and I think at 53 I could pull it off… will have to pick up a couple.
These look comfy and cool for the upcoming summer months. I like the striped one best!
They might be ‘in’ for some people, but I’ll pass.
Those are really cute. I used to wear shirts like this all the time as a teen.
I have seen tie front tops come and go several times myself. Most of them I enjoy. I can usually look at the way it is made and know if it will work for me. I have a few tie front tops and wear them all.
They have really cute clothes!
I’ve always liked the look of tie front shirts. And I like your perspective that we have to mindful of our age and not end up looking like someone trying to look younger than they are. That always looks sad.
Quite the stylish idea
These are looking good
A distraction from body flaws! I hadn’t thought about it that way. This was in in the 90’s I think… my daughter would tie her shirt up in the front. Interesting that it is coming back and is for all ages.
I have been seeing these everywhere! It’s nice to have a little something to dress up a shirt. I like this style!
I love a good tie front shirt! They go well with so many cute things!
I love these designs! Tie shirts can look perfect with so many outfits – I prefer jeans but I will try a skirt now!
I think tie front shirts are very flattering. They look better than baggy shirts that just hang down.
