Easy Family Dinner + a Value Meal

Revisit Hamburger Helper with a Free Ground Beef Rebate

I recently had the opportunity to retry Hamburger Helper. I was initially surprised at the number of new flavors on my grocer’s shelf. After about 5 minutes of hungry contemplation, I choose Hamburger Helper Four Cheese Lasagna, Crunchy Taco, and Potatoes Stroganoff.

My local Kroger had the Hamburger Helper on sale 2/$3.00. I knew that if I bought three boxes of Hamburger Helper, I could get a free pound of ground beef with this rebate. Did you know you can feed a family of 4 with one box of Hamburger Helper and one pound of beef?

When I consulted the back of the Hamburger Helper box, they gave “Fresh Twists” for adding in your own fresh ingredients. Gaining inspiration from their suggestions, I grabbed spinach and mushrooms to add my own fresh spin on Hamburger Helper four cheese lasagna.

Walt and I adore spinach and mushrooms, the addition of these ingredients to the Hamburger Helper four cheese lasagna takes the meal to new heights!

My Mom used Hamburger Helper all the time. It’s actually pretty good, and if you add to it, it really embellishes it.

This does sound so good. I love lasagna, and don’t make it much because it takes so long. I’d like to try this!

I like easy recipes and taking a product like Hamburger Helper and “helping” it out is a great way to make a new creation. It’ Spinach Day and adding spinach adds many healthy properties.

Four cheese! Perfect for today (or really for any night). It’s Cheese Lover’s Day, and this recipe would go well. Cheesy, easy, and yummy! I like how it uses simple hamburger helper…then, upgrades it. Top with some shredded mozzarella or cheddar and you really have a winner.

Well, I can’t have this particular recipe because I’m allergic to both dairy and mushrooms, but my other half would love it, so I plan to make it for his lunches during the week! Thanks for the inspiration!

This sounds like a great way to use Hamburger Helper and make it taste fresh and different. I might change it by using onions, peppers, tomato sauce and olives.
