Easy Family Dinner + a Value Meal

Free Ground Beef Rebate #helper #freebeef

Revisit Hamburger Helper with a Free Ground Beef Rebate

I recently had the opportunity to retry Hamburger Helper. I was initially surprised at the number of new flavors on my grocer’s shelf. After about 5 minutes of hungry contemplation, I choose Hamburger Helper Four Cheese Lasagna, Crunchy Taco, and Potatoes Stroganoff.

My local Kroger had the Hamburger Helper on sale 2/$3.00. I knew that if I bought three boxes of Hamburger Helper, I could get a free pound of ground beef with this rebate. Did you know you can feed a family of 4 with one box of Hamburger Helper and one pound of beef?

Hamburger Helper

When I consulted the back of the Hamburger Helper box, they gave “Fresh Twists” for adding in your own fresh ingredients. Gaining inspiration from their suggestions, I grabbed spinach and mushrooms to add my own fresh spin on Hamburger Helper four cheese lasagna.

Walt and I adore spinach and mushrooms, the addition of these ingredients to the Hamburger Helper four cheese lasagna takes the meal to new heights!

This Spinach Mushroom Four Cheese Lasagna looks and sounds absolutely delicious! I’ve always loved Hamburger Helper and all the great ideas it inspires. My husband is allergic to mushrooms, so I would probably add some extra cheese or maybe even some red pepper instead. Either way, this dish looks fantastic. Thanks for sharing!

I would add fresh broccoli and fresh tomatoes in my Hamburger Helper. This would really add a great flavor 🙂
