Easy Family Dinner + a Value Meal

Free Ground Beef Rebate #helper #freebeef

Revisit Hamburger Helper with a Free Ground Beef Rebate

I recently had the opportunity to retry Hamburger Helper. I was initially surprised at the number of new flavors on my grocer’s shelf. After about 5 minutes of hungry contemplation, I choose Hamburger Helper Four Cheese Lasagna, Crunchy Taco, and Potatoes Stroganoff.

My local Kroger had the Hamburger Helper on sale 2/$3.00. I knew that if I bought three boxes of Hamburger Helper, I could get a free pound of ground beef with this rebate. Did you know you can feed a family of 4 with one box of Hamburger Helper and one pound of beef?

Hamburger Helper

When I consulted the back of the Hamburger Helper box, they gave “Fresh Twists” for adding in your own fresh ingredients. Gaining inspiration from their suggestions, I grabbed spinach and mushrooms to add my own fresh spin on Hamburger Helper four cheese lasagna.

Walt and I adore spinach and mushrooms, the addition of these ingredients to the Hamburger Helper four cheese lasagna takes the meal to new heights!

This looks delicious. I grew up eating Hamburger Helper, but I don’t eat beef now so I’ll have to substitute another type of meat, either chicken or turkey. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
