Control your Spring Regime
Bright flowers, fresh vegetables and warm weather – what’s not to love about Spring? Now is the perfect time for your readers to come out of hibernation from the cold winter months and take control of their diet, health and exercise regime, while enjoying Spring with confidence.
3 Helpful tips to reboot your Springtime routine
1. Diet: March is National Nutrition Month, so start spring off right! Jump start your metabolism by eating a balanced breakfast daily which will help boost energy levels and increase calories burned throughout the day.
2. Exercise: March is the month to trim your tummy, strengthen your core and gain confidence in your appearance. Even if working out at the gym every day is unrealistic, make exercise fun and part of a regular routine with daily walks or hiking excursions. With the improved weather, fresh air will be an added plus.
3. Health: Did you know that 20 million women ages 40+ wear dentures (according to 2009 Fixodent Beauty & Aging Survey)? It can be a challenge for denture wearers to keep their mouth healthy and clean, while enjoying all the fun outdoor activities that Spring has to offer with confidence. Fortunately, using an adhesive like Fixodent is a simple step to make a difference. Fixodent protects your mouth from hidden dangers. It helps seal out food particles and kills odor-causing bacteria for a clean mouth and fresh breath

After brushing, rinse with a mouthwash, such as Scope®, to freshen your mouth.
