still blondeThe Chief Blonde Remarks:

My dad has a whole room in his house for photos. Seriously…

new-features-amazon-prime-photos

He has photos from our family, his ancestors and my mom’s ancestors…it quickly multiplies.  I myself have 20+ years of photos, some in albums, some not.  I really want to be able to pull them up when I want them. Organizing them digitally is the answer for sure, I just need a great solution. When Plustek contacted me to review their scanner, I jumped at the chance.

Priced at $199, the Plustek ePhoto Z300 makes an excellent gift for adults, seniors and families who want to revive their memories and share them via email or on social media with the touch of a button.

The Plustek ePhoto Z300 features:

  • • fast, cutting-edge scanning technology, coupled with an intuitive user interface
  • • professional scan results that can be easily touched-up with the included software
  • • easy, one-touch saving and sharing to social media
  • • convenient scanning of other materials, from credit cards to recipes and documents
  • • a sleek, modern design that makes it as much an appliance as a décor piece

Plustek has been making scanners for professional photographers and offices for 30 years, and after hearing all of the positive stories of how our film scanners brought both memories and historical moments back to life, our team decided to develop a machine that could do the same for families.

I think my favorite feature is fast, high-resolution photo scanner that allows you to digitize your old photos and share them on social media with the touch of a button. I have a box of old photos that I would love to share with my family.

I like that it automatically recognizes the size of each photo or document, and corrects possible skew. I’m not very good at getting things lined up properly.

The first thought was that I love how compact it is. I have a small work space in my home and I love how I can be able to use this and not take up too much space. It looks like when scanned, the photos still are in great quality as well.
