On Mother’s Day we always try to get together as a family. Nothing fancy, sometimes we have a barbecue like we did last year or a trip to a neighborhood restaurant like we did in 2012. (He did recover quickly!)

We did have the celebration without him but wouldn’t it have been great if we could have brought the memories to him immediately? If we could have shared our photos & videos in a timeline and auto-create live albums? Easy to find, easy to relive? My dad could have felt like he was with us, even though he was stuck in the hospital! I think this would have made his stay a lot less stressful.

Of course, I like that it would help me to organize my photos, and they would be protected. But, for me, it’s all about making the video. Such a great idea, and it would look so good too.

I like that you can share the pictures with others. We moved far from family (Alaska) and family is in Washington, Oregon, and Georgia. I just had my 4th child 4 weeks ago, and trying to keep family up to date with how all the kids are doing and growing is hard! I also had my computer and external hard drive crash at the exact same time, losing just about all my 1st child’s newborn – 2 year pictures. It’s heartbreaking! It’s great how with realtime, pictures can be shared with some or all!
One of the most important things to me is that my pictures are safe and secure. I had a computer crash once and I thought I had lost all my photos… from my daughter’s wedding and all the associated activities (showers, bachelorette weekend in Savannah, etc.), beloved pets that had since passed over the Rainbow Bridge, and many others. So many of them were irreplaceable. Fortunately, a very techy nephew was somehow able to retrieve them. I have never been so grateful. So knowing they are safe sets my mind at peace.
I like that you can add music to your story of pictures.

Protecting my photos would be the most important feature for me. My father passed away five years ago, and shortly after he passed my Mom’s computer crashed and she lost EVERY recent photo she had of him. Luckily I had a bunch of the photos that she had sent to me, but we did lose a lot. Now I try to backup my photos onto a portable hard drive so that won’t happen again, but having them saved somewhere else, especially where someone else (like my Mom) has access to them is a great idea.
I like that you can change the order of your pics for storytelling plus add music. You can soundtrack your events.
