Reading Glasses that Double as a Headband!
Lookie Lous function as readers and a headband ($39.99)
The Chief Blonde Remarks: Lookie Lous Eyewear sent us samples of their product to review in the Sweet Summer Giveaway hosted by Planet Weidknecht and Passport to Frugal. Head designer and owner is a Women over 45
I love how Kathy Coty, the visionary entrepreneur owner of Lookie Lous, is a Woman over 45! She designed these innovative readers, which also function as a headband. Kathy was actually inspired by all her daughter hair bands that they left around the house.
Two neat thing about Lookie Lous that I like is that they look great on both men and women and they come in a variety of colors to suit any mood.
Aren’t they attractive? Just so barely there! I love that they are hingeless just like a headband. And at $39.99, you can choose several colors (there are eight in total). Lookie Lous come in the full range for eyewear reader strengths from 0.0 to 2.0. Also, if you don’t need readers, these can also be worn as sunglasses. SO GREAT, to have as sunglasses and then flip them up to a headband.
Here’s what a recent customer had to say:
“I got my Lookie Lous® a few days ago and they are just fantastic, awesome, the best thing ever, I just love them,” said Christi Stewart. “Since I’m on the computer so much lately, I am really loving mine and can’t wait for my next order.”
I agree throughly and highly recommend Lookie Lous for anyone who needs readers, loves to keep them near, and wants a fashionable look as well.

new york black because the sun shines bright on the porch where i would be
I like the new york black because black is just a color you can match with everything and i think i would also take a clear one because it doesn’t look super outlandish to me like the colors would outdoors.
I like the clear best because they look so cool. I really need these because I am always losing my glasses when I take them off….
the clear. don’t care for colored lens
i love the nashville green, i look good in green!
i want paris pink because pink is my absolute favorite color!
NASHVILLE GREEN IS MY FAVORITE, BECAUSE GREEN IS MY FAVORITE COLOR.
I’d love New York black for hubby. They would be perfect for his outdoor DIY projects
I like the London Gray
I love the pink. That is my daughter’s favorite color so I know she would be excited if that’s what I picked.
I like the Los Angeles Sand. I think they would go good with my skin and hair tone, and i think would match most clothing more easily then the other colors 🙂
My favorite is the New York Black because it’s for bright sun and I live in Texas!
I love the Miami Blue because blue is my favorite color, and they’d go with my blue eyes 😉
I like the Paris Pink for computer use as I’m online frequently!
I like the Paris Pink because I will wear anything in pink. I have two boys so I wear a lot of pink and have pink paint in my closet because there is so much testosterone in my house I have to counter balance it somehow
thanks
i like the new york black because they would be great for when sitting outside reading in the sunlight
Nashville Green is my favorite too, because I wear lots of greens and colors that mix well with green.
I like the Vegas Violet. Anything purple is my thing and I love that this is a headband. I am always using my sunglasses to put my hair back, but have to use reading glasses for my computer and such. These would be very handy in the house.
My husband seriously needs these. I think the New York black would be great for him because he works outside everyday and has to read tape measure and use power equipment.
I like the clear for inside and the Nashville green for outside
