I’m not quite there yet but am curious. Is the trial targeting day hot flashes or night ones?
Thank you for taking the time to ask a question regarding this research study; unfortunately, Still Blonde After All These Years is not able to respond to this question, but if you visit http://www.replenishstudy.com or call 1-800-918-1468 you will find additional details.
Are locations limited? I know a few people who would be interested in this.
Clinicaltrials.gov currently has a listing of the cities where there are doctors who are participating in the research study. You can also visit http://www.replenishstudy.com to see if you qualify and find a doctor nearby. Just so you know, the company I work for developed the website and is helping the pharmaceutical sponsor get the word out about the study.
I don’t tend to get hot flashes during the day, but I do get night sweats. Are these the same thing, but during sleep?
Is this open to Canadians at this time?
At this time there are no sites in Canada; however, that could change so please visit http://www.clinicaltrials.gov to learn more.
This isn’t something that I’m eligible for, but I will pass it on. Seems like a great solution to such an exhausting problem.
I work with a woman who might be interested in something like this. Does it matter if the participant has a history of cancer?

How long is the study expected to last for those participating?
I must admit that my pass through menopause did not involve much problem with hot flashes so I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I hope that those who get chosen find relief.
Your participation in this study will last approximately 13.5 months and include 8 study visits to the study center (a screening period of approximately 6 weeks, followed by about a year of study treatment with the study medication, if you are enrolled in the study). Some procedures during the screening period may require an additional visit to complete.
I don’t quality for the study, but I have stated to deal with hot flashes. Though We think it is related to something else. But man, this would have been awesome for my mom years ago when she went through it.
No hot flashes yet. Yes! I am glad and grateful though for all the medical break throughs.
I don’t qualify for this study unfortunately but I will share it with a few friends who do! Thanks for the info.
I am not the right age group for this but I know a lot of ladies who could benefit from this!
I don’t quality for this study, but would love to get relief from hot flashes.
I don’t have hot flashes yet but I have a few friends that might benefit from this study.
Hmmmm I’ll have to think about this, and get back to you. I get those buggers now and then and they’re so annoying. One minute I’m cold and the next minute I’m sweating to death. Ewwww Don’t get old it’s not fun at all!!! I cannot join because I had an hysterectomy when I was 31 because I had a cyst on my uterus the size of a plum, and already had five kids by then, so I had a partial one.
IS the study being ran by the brand, or an independent outside agency?

How long does would someone have to commit to the trial/duration of the trial?

I have suffered hot flashes since 2008 and still have several daily. I perspire to the point of having sweat run out of my hairline and I can’t even apply make-up. It takes me 3 seconds to overheat and 30 minutes to cool down. This cannot be “normal” and I am willing to do anything to decrease my hot flashes and maybe help other women not suffer as I have.
I can pass this on and see if anyone would like to join in.. this is not something i could do 🙂
I don’t have daily hot flashes, but I get them on occasion. Is there a way to get quick relief? Nothing seems to work.
Would love to give this a try!
