This year I celebrate myself by meditating, yoga and deep breathing every single day and boy do I feel better because of it. I also watch what I put into my body and I lost 40 lbs so far. Ya hoo.

I have learned to celebrate me this year by taking time out to do things I really enjoy – learning to play guitar, making soaps, etc. – little things that I always ‘mean’ to take time out to do, but things always come up and I never do.
