I was hoping to make a video of all my favorites, but it didn’t happen. So instead, I’ll will just show you my favorite products/fashions/etc. for January via this blog post. Let me know in the comments if you like the feature or would rather I make a video. All items this month are unsponsored, but I will always tell you when they are sponsored. This month my focus is Wardrobe Investment Basics.
The Wardrobe Basic Sunglasses
If you are going to invest in one pair of pricey sunglasses, buy a pair of Ray-ban Wayfarers. These glasses are uber-cool, retro and never wrong. Left to right: Ray-Ban Original Wayfarers ($155 via ) and Ray-Ban Outsiders Oversized Wayfarers ($155 via )
The Wardrobe Basic Black Boots
If you head to NYC this season, you will see these Stuart Weitzman over the knee boot everywhere. ($635 via ). You have to try on a pair of Hunter Rain boots just one time to understand why these rain boots are superior in every way to the cheap ones. ($158 via ). These days everyone needs a short black bootie, these British inspired moto-vibed boot Rocket Dog Camilla ($69 via) will be smashing with your favorite moto-jacket and leggings or paired with a edgy skirt.
Wardrobe Basics The Black Tote
I am not a huge purse fan. That’s why you’ll almost always see me carrying this tote from Michael Kors. It’s elegant, has pockets and goes with everything. With only one purse, I have more money to spend on shoes. YEAH! ( $295 via Shopbop)

I love learning about new food products and cookware.
I’d like to hear about different makeup & beauty tips.
I’d like to see a monthly about electronics like the Fitbit Flex and it’s sleep functions
I think a monthly one would be good and like the idea of household and health/beauty products. Fashion is more individual, so that might not appeal as much to everyone.
A mix of household products and and personal products.
hair products
Maybe a “best deal” and “most amazing regardless of price”. Anything that strikes you. Something useful or frivolous.
I’d love to see posts on shortcuts for cooking and cleaning and ways to simplify household chores. Saving time is a plus for me because it seems like there is never enough.
I would say do what tickles your fancy. I personally like organization type items anything to get me more organized in my life what ever that might be. Anything practical and of course I love clothes, mainly outerwear. Boots and jackets are my fav 🙂
i tend to gravitate towards food posts… and gadgets.. 🙂
I would like to see posts about recipes.
I would love to see clothes videos! Things like transforming an outfit from day to night and how to wear different styles.
Electronics/appliances – not TVs and such, but small things that help make your day easier.
I always love to hear about clothes! 🙂
I like to watch videos, so more of those about household things would be good.
I’d like to see posts on clothes, I don’t watch many video’s.
for me, monthly overviews of household items would be most welcome w/o being overwhelming
I like to hear a review about the Vitamix machine.
Different green cleaning items or baby stuff.
I enjoy fashion and other pop culture/style topics, but food and cooking are fun, too!
