Trench Coats….Perfect for Spring
The Chief Blonde Remarks: In the Midwest, we have a true spring–crazy up-and-down temperatures coupled with rain, sleet, heat, and snow. You just never know…
That’s why a trench coat can be your best friend. This Janska Roxie from their spring All Weather Wear line is perfect for this time of year. Roxie is a single layer garment that has been treated with durable water repellent. I find the coat extremely packable, it always looks nice. Somehow, a trench coat just pulls your look together no matter what you are wearing.
The Laura Mercier Lip Gel I am wearing is from the New Attitude Line. It’s a Limited Edition color (Temptation). The Gel is an innovative gel-based lipstick designed to cushion lips in comforting, sheer color with a shining finish. It has a vanilla flavor that smells like heaven. The super-smooth formula glides on easily, conditioning your lips and leaving them perfectly hydrated.
I have previously worn this line HERE.
Janska All Weather Wear Collection — US MADE
The fabric in the Janska Roxie and all items from their Spring All Weather Wear collection is milled in the US and all of Janska garments are manufactured here in the US. The fabric is machine washable and lightweight. I love the color selections. Take a look:
The Roxie is available in Watermelon, Nutmeg and Jet.
Jennifer Lawerence’s Black Trench Coat from Silver Linings Playbook
Doesn’t the black trench remind you of Jennifer Lawrence in a black trench coat in Silver Linings Playbook? While Jennifer Lawrence isn’t over 45, you can see how fab this trench coat looks on women of ALL ages. AND Jennifer Lawerence’s black trench coat from Silver Linings Playbook is no longer available (I believe it was a bebe trench coat), so the Janska Roxie is the PERFECT alternative!
Here’s a few more items from Janska Spring Collection:
Left to Right: Splash Hat (One Size $32), Janska Reversible Natalie Coat ($189), Janska Upcycled Sari Scarf ($32) available only at 950+ retailers nationwide (Retail locator)
