I like that with HomeZada I can schedule automated home maintenance alerts
I like the home inventory. Makes it so simple to keep up with your valuables and record them. Great for insurance purposes too if you need them.
Home Maintenance…I could use some of the pointers that I read. And the reminders are great.
I like that it helps you track your possessions with an inventory list and by letting you upload pictures.
I like the home improvements part of the program. I like that I can plan and figure out the budget without the need of multiple programs.
I love the Home Finances portion, Particularly the Home Remodel costs and Home Maintenance expenses.

I like the Home Inventory feature. It looks like a great way to keep track of your personal belongings in the event of an emergency, you will be able to quickly list your belongings without forgetting anything during an already stressful situation.

I like the fact that you can document all your possessions. Our neighbor was robbed and didn’t have any pictures of the items stolen. So I think that’s an important feature.
