I like that it automatically produces a routine check list. I am sure it will contains thing I am not aware of.
My favorite feature of HomeZada is the free mobile applications to easily take pictures of your home’s inventory.

I like the home inventory feature because my house is packed to the gills with both my husband’s and mine collections of things and we have a hard time remembering what we have.
I like the fact that everything about your home is in one place, and you can print out inventory items, etc and give it to your insurance company if need be.
I like the Automated Home Maintenance Schedules feature.
