Great website and good post. It would be neat to win.
while having a home inventory makes a lot of sense … have a structure to organize makes even more sense … as opposed to my past approach of simply walking around the house with a video camera.. opening closet doors and drawers.
I love the home maintenance schedule since I’m terrible and remembering when simple things need to get done.
being able to track home finances
I like the home inventory feature myself.
I like that you can download the mobile app to update things on the go.
i like that you can plan your home imporvements
I love that it is smart phone compatible, so that I don’t have to sacrifice much time taking pictures and transferring them to a PC to make a home inventory.
I like that they help you through landscaping challenges!
I like the idea of storing your home’s information in their secure online data center ensures you can always retrieve your important data in case a catastrophe happens.

Budgeting landscaping projects would be great. My roomie has a “problem” staying within limits.
