Everything in one place! I can do a home inventory (something our insurance agent has suggested) and also keep track of our renovations. I won’t have to worry about where I put the receipts or my lists. Everything will be together!
I think the home maintenance scheduler would be useful to remind you when to do/check on household items.
I like that it keeps track of when home maintenance is due!

I am huge on making lists therefore I end up with pieces of paper stuffed in my purse that I have to clean out every so often. This would help to stop that. I could organize so many aspects of my home and life.

the Automated home maintenance schedule alert would be pretty neat to have. Beside changing Batteries in my smoke alarm I never remember all the other ones . would be a great and ‘handy’ prize!
I also like the home inventory feature and I really like that they have home maintenance schedules available!
Love that you can store images of possessions. This is such a fantastic idea and honestly something I may have to do now. I never thought of this.

I love how you can manage so much with this. Like that it has free mobile apps and that One HomeZada account can manage multiple homes. Very useful and helpful, like this a lot.
