I love that it reminds me when to do things I wouldn’t think about any other time for maintenance or think about them when it is not the right time of year to do.
The fact that I can download the app to my phone and upload pictures and documents to my inventory is invaluable.
Storing receipts in inventory would be useful.

I like that I can keep an online inventory of our stuff.
I love that you can use it to safely store simple records and photos of your possessions online. This would be a good safeguard in case of a break-in, etc.
The Home Inventory function appeals most to me.
I like that everything important & need to know about my home is in one place & that I wouldn’t need to rely on keeping track of papers to save all the information. The pictures to keep track of all the things we own for insurance is especially nice!
I like that they have instructional videos and it list how frequent you need to do different things.
What I love is that it gives you information and videos and what you need to do to keep up with the maintenance of your home. My husband and I tend to be pretty clueless!
I like all the charts and calendar.
