I like the Home Finances feature.
I like that Homezada enables you to safely and easily keep records and photos of your possessions online, for insurance purposes.
I like the household expenses feature, so I can budget.
I like that is shoes you current market values.
The Homezada system looks absolutely incredible! I’m not a very savvy homeowner, I admit it. I’ve tried to get the knack of doing my own repairs or hiring good people, but I always seem to be short on know-how or money. Just this morning I was thinking about a hole in my front yard where there used to be a tree and the roots rotted away. It’s a hazard for anyone who doesn’t know it’s there, and I need to get it filled in. If I had something like Homezada where I could keep track of EVERYTHING, it would help immensely. I could also use the Amazon dollars to buy some necessities and divert the saved cash toward fill dirt and/or help.

I like the fact that it alerts you to home tasks that need to be attended to.
My favorite feature is that it gives you the ability to manage your home finances.
My favorite feature is the home maintenance schedule 🙂 I’m always forgetting about things that need to be done and, when i remember them, there’s not time or budget for them! So getting alerts and reminders about things that need doing, I can plan for them better 🙂
I like the mobile app features where I can view my To Do’s and take photos of items I am considering purchasing for improvements projects.
I learned that HomeZada has the ability to have one account with multiple homes. You can switch from one home to another in one easy step.
I like the News and alerts which would allow me to focus on what is important in my house.
I like the home inventory part of it. We need to do this and get some renters insurance.
The maintenance tips/recommendations appeal to me.
