Hersheys Camp Bondfire –Smores Fun

Hershey’s Smores–some Double Decker YUM!

The Chief Blonde Remarks: At Blogher 12, I attended the Hershey’s Camp Bondfire Suite. While there, we cooked smores over mini-open flamed fires and hung out in a room (on the 40th floor on the Hilton NYC) decorated like a campground. It was truly, the “sweetest” suite at the conference. Hershey’s and Walmart have teamed-up to help your family create sweet memories this summer especially when it comes to cookouts! As you know, Walmart is your one-stop-shop for all of your cook-out needs – including ingredients for everyone’s favorite summer time treat – S’mores! S’mores are made with Hershey’s milk chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows.

My dad always brought out the smores makings when we were at deer camp. If my marshmallow caught on fire he would eat the burnt part for me, then I would try to brown it just right again. Those were great times 🙂
Being a Girl Scout in Germany because Dad was in the Army at that time. We used to “camp out” outside the apartments and have bonfires and we always did the smores! It was the happiest time of my life. Nothing since has come in close.
fishing with my grandpa.
I had never eaten smores until last summer when my family decided to try them.. We all loved them.
When we went camping with my dad as a kid after a long day of fishing at the lake.
When I was a kid, we lived on a lake. Every summer, we would have bonfires on the beach and eat S’mores. It was fantastic!
My favorite smore memory was when my girls brought out the PEEPS. It was sick and crazy watching the bunnies swell up! They were extra sweet, too.
memory: making them in the microwave when i was desperate
Melting the marshmallows and chocolate in the microwave and watching tv…lol
We never did smores but I remember roasting marshmallows over a campfire!
My favorite memory would be going camping with another family when we were younger & cooking smores every night!! This was a yearly ritual for our families and I sure do miss it!
Mine was just last week. My husband and I took our kids to the beach for a couple of nights. We made smores by the campfire we built. The weather was beautiful and so was the sunset. The kids asked if we had ever done this before with them and we said, “Not at the beach”.
My favorite memory was when we went camping out west with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law, that was the first time I ever had smores but I love them still.
My favorite Smores memory was when I was 17. My sister and I were finally able to convince my mom to go to the beach with us. We spent the day there and made a bonfire at night. We made smores and laughed and laughed. It was awesome.
Girl Scout Camp when I was little – so many great memories!
My favorite smore’s memory is when I graduated from high school and my dad and step mom took me on a cross country trip. We camped all over the US and had smores for dessert most nights. It was amazing!
I just had my first smore at 46. We did it at a friends on a beautiful night around their fire pit and boy was it yummy.
My sister got a firepit last year and it’s great for making s’mores with the grandkids (hers, not mine). They like to toast the marshmallows themselves.

My favorite memory with s’mores was when I was a Daisy Scout leader .We made them at day camp and had lots of fun.
I only have one memory. I had never tried a s’more and my granddaughter hadn’t either; so, when we went camping last year we tried them together and loved them.
