Hersheys Camp Bondfire –Smores Fun

Hershey’s Smores–some Double Decker YUM!

The Chief Blonde Remarks: At Blogher 12, I attended the Hershey’s Camp Bondfire Suite. While there, we cooked smores over mini-open flamed fires and hung out in a room (on the 40th floor on the Hilton NYC) decorated like a campground. It was truly, the “sweetest” suite at the conference. Hershey’s and Walmart have teamed-up to help your family create sweet memories this summer especially when it comes to cookouts! As you know, Walmart is your one-stop-shop for all of your cook-out needs – including ingredients for everyone’s favorite summer time treat – S’mores! S’mores are made with Hershey’s milk chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows.

The first time I had one I couldn’t believe how incredible it was!
It reminds me of the first time I went to camp…Girl Scout Camp!

My favorite Smore’s memory is when I was a Girl Scout and we would make them at every camping trip 🙂
My first smore memory was about 3 years ago in our backyard because my kids wanted to experience sleeping under the stars so we pretended that we were camping …complete with horror stories and smores – – – Paul T/Pauline T aka Paul Tran….. emscout9 at Hotmail dot com
Sharing them with my kids for the first time.
I have never tried smores before.
One day a friend of mine decided to do s’mores and eat our faces off.
My granddaughters reaction to putting marshmellows on sticks and holding them over a fire. It was priceless.
When we first started dating, my hubby and I would make s’mores over a fire pit in my mom’s backyard. We used to always watch movies at night on my portable dvd player and eat them!
Making smores by toasting marshmallows over candles with friends in Middle School.
watching my boys create their first smores
When trying to make smores as a kid I stepped on a hot coal(barefooted) hurt like #%$&^ It left a scar
Every year, my entire family goes out to our camp for a long weekend. We do fires and cook smores every night (that it’s not raining, and sometimes even if it is) – we bring guitars, and other instruments. It’s just an amazing time.
My husband and I would roast marshmallows on our gas stove when the power went out in our apartment and make smores and talk. It was awesome!
Sitting around the campfire when I was young with my friends, making smores, laughing and simply living a care free existence!
We tried to make Smores in the microwave lol they actually came out pretty good!
Smores are my favorite aspect of camping! 🙂
