I love making my own bread, I have ever since I was little! Something about the smell, and the tactile sensations… plus the satisfaction when you pull a crusty browned loaf of freshly baked bread out of the oven, and slather it with homemade butter and a drizzle of honey – there’s NOTHING better.

I would, but it’s so labor-intensive to rise the bread, I usually don’t.

I make quick breads but am totally intimidated by the use of yeast. I would love to learn how to make my own bread!

I’d love to someday. Right now, with three little kids, I’m lucky if I remember to put pants on before heading out the door.
