Bella Bella
I am Janska’s First Ambassador and love the opportunity to receive a gorgeous coat each month to show you and give you an opportunity to win one for yourself! The Chief Blonde is wearing the Janska Bella Coat ($224), Mother Tucker Compression Leggings (reviewed here), and ($84)
Janska Bella Coat (It’s True)
Bella is related to the Italian and Latin words for beauty. It is also related to the name Belle, which means beauty in French. According to the Urban Dictionary, Belle means the most beautiful girl/thing you will ever see. Every feature that she/it possesses is engraved in your mind from the second you lay eyes on her/it.
And isn’t that true of this coat?
Where I live in Michigan, there are so many fall festivals. There are numerous apple festivals, many art and crafts shows, and even a few early evening concerts. Walt and I like to hit as many as we can. For the first time this year, we’ll be visiting Art Prize in Grand Rapids. For 19 days, art entries from all over the world cover three square miles of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan—and it’s all free and open to the public.
Guess which coat I am wearing to Art Prize? Yes, that’s right. This beautiful Janska Bella Coat. As you can see it’s reversible and machine washable (with a slob like me, that’s a real bonus). But I also love that it has a generous hood, if rain sneaks up on us. The inseam pockets welcome a mini umbrella. This coat is mid-thigh so it hits at just the right length for pants or over a dress. Oh and it’s fun to twirl in:
As always, you will love Janska Bella because it’s made in the US of American-Milled, Cross-Dyed (50% Poly/50% Nylon), DWR Treated Fabric. Sizes run XS-XL and the Janska Bella comes in 4 colors (Purple/Lavender (shown in this post), Blue/Black, Gray/Black, and Red/Black.

I will be reviewing one of these magnificent jackets in October. Which one would YOU like to see? The Melissa Coat or the Jackie Coat?

I like the Sophia jacket because it is reversible and cute.
I really like the Melissa coat. I think it would look great with all my casual clothes.
I would love to win the jackie coat because it is beautiful and I need a cute jacket for the colder months!
My feet are always cold in the fall and winter, so I’d want to get some of the moc slippers, for myself and for my sisters.
I absolutely love the Eliza Jacket. I like the gray colored one the best, the green and red are pretty too.
I like the Jackie Coat! It looks light yet warm!
I like the Madison Coat in Nutmeg/Jet.It would be perfect for chilly Fall weather.
I like Annie’s wrap, i think it would be great in my cold office!
The Jackie Coat in Olive is super cute!
I really like the Jackie coat. It would be nice and toasty warm for this Michigan fall!
I love the Durango Jacket. I don’t usually wear a lot of color, so I love neutral things, and it is simple yet still really cute. I could pair it with almost anything too.
I love the boulder coat in black.
The Boulder Coat because it’s pretty and looks comfy!
I love the jackie coat
I would still like to get the pocket cape with button. I remember when I was younger and capes were all the rage.
I love both the Lucy coat and the Audrey coat! Cute stuff!
I would love the Bella Coat in grape/sand. The snap front looks better than a zipper would and I love the fact that it has inseem pockets – I always need pockets! The hood is a nice touch you never know when you could use a hood and I love the flair of the coat very flattering!
I really like the Montrose Cape. It’s really cute and versatile and I think my mom would love it for Christmas.
I love the cascade vest! Vests are so great to wear in the milder mississippi winters! They are super trendy and not too hot!
I would prefer the Montrose cape- looks warm and practical.
