Bella Bella
I am Janska’s First Ambassador and love the opportunity to receive a gorgeous coat each month to show you and give you an opportunity to win one for yourself! The Chief Blonde is wearing the Janska Bella Coat ($224), Mother Tucker Compression Leggings (reviewed here), and ($84)
Janska Bella Coat (It’s True)
Bella is related to the Italian and Latin words for beauty. It is also related to the name Belle, which means beauty in French. According to the Urban Dictionary, Belle means the most beautiful girl/thing you will ever see. Every feature that she/it possesses is engraved in your mind from the second you lay eyes on her/it.
And isn’t that true of this coat?
Where I live in Michigan, there are so many fall festivals. There are numerous apple festivals, many art and crafts shows, and even a few early evening concerts. Walt and I like to hit as many as we can. For the first time this year, we’ll be visiting Art Prize in Grand Rapids. For 19 days, art entries from all over the world cover three square miles of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan—and it’s all free and open to the public.
Guess which coat I am wearing to Art Prize? Yes, that’s right. This beautiful Janska Bella Coat. As you can see it’s reversible and machine washable (with a slob like me, that’s a real bonus). But I also love that it has a generous hood, if rain sneaks up on us. The inseam pockets welcome a mini umbrella. This coat is mid-thigh so it hits at just the right length for pants or over a dress. Oh and it’s fun to twirl in:
As always, you will love Janska Bella because it’s made in the US of American-Milled, Cross-Dyed (50% Poly/50% Nylon), DWR Treated Fabric. Sizes run XS-XL and the Janska Bella comes in 4 colors (Purple/Lavender (shown in this post), Blue/Black, Gray/Black, and Red/Black.

I will be reviewing one of these magnificent jackets in October. Which one would YOU like to see? The Melissa Coat or the Jackie Coat?

I like the alma cape. It would go with a lot of my outfits.
I’d like some leg-warmers suitable for men to use under my suit slacks until I get it and can slip them off unobtrusively.
My wife would like the leg warmers.
I like the Libby coat. I am short and its not to long.
I looked through all the capes and jackets and have settled on the Madison Coat. Love that it reverses, and the color choices are cool (hard to pick just one).
I love the margot wrap! I always wanted a cape, I think this fall is my time!
I would love the Becka! I think this coat would rock all the tailgates this season. Looks comfortable and sporty.
I love the Madison coat in nutmeg/jet! Love the way it buttons. It doesn’t look too confining. I like the loose fit!
I would like to own the Charli Jacket because it’s reversible and comfortable looking.
I’d love the Jackie Coat in Black because it’s stylish, and would keep me WARM on the endless freezing New England fall/winter nights 🙂
