Although I abhor snow, I love everything else about the holidays! I get to get dressed up ALL THE TIME and constantly wear my favorite color…Sparkle. You did know that sparkle is a color, did you?

I love to go to my local nursery (Bordine’s in Clarkston, MI) right before Thanksgiving to pick up any bits that I need for my holiday decorating. They have the whole place decorated with various tree and mantle designs (watch for that post later in the season). The whole place just looks like a jar of glitter exploded and everything is merry and bright. So you know I have to mix right in right?
