iSafe Backpack Review

August 21, 2011 By Shelley Zurek 127 Comments

Women over 45–Wouldn’t it be Great to have your own Bodyguard?

School-bus-1Back to Schol event

Isafe Collegiate laptop Bag

iSafe Collegiate Laptop Backpack (Msrp $ 79.98)

stillblonde3 smallChief Blonde Remarks:  Where to Start?  Where to Start?  The iSafe backpack (s) and bags are so incredible,  I just don’t know which feature to talk about first!  Well, first, it’s main feature is that whether you are a Women over 45 or just a concerned mom sending your child off to college, high school, middle school or elementary…this bag is like sending them to school with a bodyguard built right into their shoulder!    Everyone seems to love the fact that all you do is pull a pin and it starts wailing an alarm, I like that the alarm is easy!  Can you imagine trying to dial a number on a cell phone when an attacker is coming at you?  My kids have used Jansport backpacks for years which I consider to be the workhorse of backpacks–I think the iSafe backpack is  every bit as high of a quality, just as durable… BUT iSafe has a few features that I like even better than Jansport.  While the alarm is an obvious feature,  I was given the iSafe backpack Collegiate bag, and this baby has its design down pat– with adjustable everything, padded laptop sleeve, an audio headphone port and an organizer front zipper pocket. I adore this backpack on every level and I highly recommend it to one and all who utilize backpacks!

Been visiting for quite a while and there is always something interesting that you are blogging about. I really appreciate that you have the knack of selecting items that are a unique mix. It’s boring when blog after blog have the same set of products.

Hello! 🙂 I’m new here. I like that you have the commentluv plugin, and one thing that you could improve on is the color scheme of your blog.

What struck me most was that a girl got saved from getting beat up by pulling the alarm on her backpack because if she didn’t have it, some very bad things would’ve happened to her.

There was a wide age range of demo kids, and all could quickly find and activate the siren/flashing light

Wow, what a great idea! I had a friend who was murdered several years ago by a stranger who forced her into a car in a parking lot right in broad day light, so I am always keeping a watch of my surroundings, but this would be so great to have. I’m a new fan of yours and following you via GFC and also subscribed to your emails. I’m hoping to join up for your Fall Fashionista Giveaway Event too! I hope you’ll take a moment to come check out my page as well. Have a great day!

I like that the “trigger” is easily accessible, but doesn’t look like it would get accidentally activated.

    Thanks!

I think it’s pretty cool that the alarm and flashing light are built right into the backpack! Very convenient!

I think every kid should have one of these, of a mother of 3 kids I have to say with the sound of alarm of just a pull of a button to scare off people would make me a little less worried about them. Thanks for the chance to win.
