Chief Blonde Remarks: We adore Bloom Black Ties! I tried these when they introduced them just exactly a year ago. I received four last year to try in the Gala and Braid styles. As you know, I have super thick hair so I never expected the Bloom Hair Ties to last a whole year, but a year later, the Bloom Black ties look just as good as the New Antique Style and the newly introduced Bloom Serpentine Ties! I find the new Serpentine design to be exciting. As you can see, the philosophy behind the Bloom Black Ties is that you can wear them in a fashionable manner around your wrist and then when you need a hair tie, you can take it off and put it in your hair…Fashionably. Serpentine! I have very thick curly hair that I straighten. Usually by mid day I have it pulled back in a clip or whatever I can find! This would be great!!!!

After looking at the different styles I like the one you have reviewed the best…it’s the most versatile of all the ties….I would either wear these as bracelets or in my hair around a loose bun!

I like the Serpentine Black Ties. I usually have a plain colored hair tie around my wrist at work because by the end of the day the sun is streaming in the office window right at my desk. I start to roast so I usually tie my hair up the last hour or so. It would be nice to have it look like jewelry instead of an obvious hair elastic.
