    The fact that they will reuse 1 million pounds of coffee grounds this year is pretty mind blowing. These guys are genius.

    I am a public follower of yours on Google Friends Connect (Carolsue). You said you can grow up to 6 lbs. of mushrooms from this box and that was interesting cause it’s such a small box — 6 lbs. is a lot. The video is hard to understand, tho, with the music in the background!

    Mushrooms for Classrooms: Three Kits for $40!

    I thought it was interesting that after growing delicious gourmet food from material that used to go straight to a landfill, they then use that material again as compost and soil amendment so it never ends up in a landfill. I wish everyone was as eco-fiendly as that!!!
