I am a public follower of yours on Google Friends Connect (Carolsue). You said you can grow up to 6 lbs. of mushrooms from this box and that was interesting cause it’s such a small box — 6 lbs. is a lot. The video is hard to understand, tho, with the music in the background!

Mushrooms for Classrooms: Three Kits for $40!
I thought it was interesting that after growing delicious gourmet food from material that used to go straight to a landfill, they then use that material again as compost and soil amendment so it never ends up in a landfill. I wish everyone was as eco-fiendly as that!!!
I found it interesting that every Tuesday they will have a new item for me to check out. Why? cause I am a foodies and luv checking out food related products!

I learned that Foodiacs launched on September 6th so I can start shopping because we LOVE food!
