More about back to roots
A professor casually mentioned in class that gourmet mushrooms could grow entirely on recycled coffee grounds.
You said that you could possibly grow up to 6 pounds of mushrooms with the one box!

I checked out Foodiacs.com and I found it really interesting that Foodiacs is dedicated to connecting their members with gourmet food artisans and culinary tools and experiences. I love this because it can be so hard to find unique and truly artisan products sometimes! I also love new and unique experiences and something like the growing your own mushrooms seems fun and totally unique!
I follow you via GFC (Sarah Hull) and I found it interesting that you can grow up to six pounds of mushrooms from one box! I wouldn’t have thought you could get that many mushrooms from that little box! I also found it really interesting that they use re-use coffee grounds!
