Myth – Adding oil to the pot of boiling water when making pasta will keep it from clumping (never add oil, it makes pasta sticky).
Myth – Pasta is fattening (pasta in itself is not fattening and has a low glycemic index; it is what you add to the pasta that can make it either heart-healthy and low calorie or fattening).
Myth – Pasta is on record as being first eaten in Italy (pasta was first introduced in China!).
Myth – Pasta contains cholesterol (pasta alone contains NO cholesterol).

Since I work full-time, I don’t always have time for a homemade meal…and I just love the Pasta sauce Pomodoro e Basilico because it taste homemade…..

I love potato and I love gnocchi, so that’s why I would try that. Same with spinach and fusilli pasta.
I’d love to try the Pasta sauce Pesto alla Genovese
I have not tried any of their products yet, but I have a feeling when I do, it will be the potato gnocchi. However, I’m intrigued by the spinach fusilli
I love the soup shapes. I love adding a little pasta and left over veggies to broth for lunch.
The organic extra virgin olive oil because being free from pestcides and weedkillers.

Visited and my favorite is Potato gnocchi because it is something my whole family enjoy.
I LOVE Farfalle (aka Bowties)…I always use it in homemade chicken soup (sometimes in pasta salad, too). It’s delicious, it’s a good size to provide substance and flavor, and it looks so good when you’re trying to kick it up a notch for presentation!
The pastas are wonderful. You must start with quality to get a great meal.
The Pesto alla Genovese because I love me some pesto pasta!
I’d like to try the Pasta Sauce Arrabbiata because of the extra spice from the chilies
I like the Potato gnocchi because this is my hubby favorite thing to eat with red sauce
I love Potato gnocchi, so I would like to try this product.
In their Soup Shapes section, I like the Farfalline shapes because soup with cute shaped pasta is more fun to eat!
The Extra virgin organic olive oil. I can’t get enough of organic products so this appeals to me. Olive oil is a better choice and organic makes it even better! I use olive oil daily so I’d love to try it.
The marinara sauce- if you have a good one on hand you can cook up just about anything.
Extra virgin olive oil- i use olive oil for everything.
My favorite DeCecco product is the Pasta sauce Pesto alla Genovese because it’s a shelf-stable pesto. During the winter when I’m craving pesto, this is a great way to have that summery basil goodness.
