I have been able to track some of my triggers like citrus, but I still need a little backup sometimes.

It’s unreal how many things can lead to LBL. It’s silly for us not to be prepared, especially with protection is as thin as discreet as this.

Coughing is my trigger. I cough so hard because of my asthma that I have issues.

Childbirth did me in! So now I can’t Cough or laugh or
Sneeze without an issue! Good grief. So glad to know there is something to help! They keep looking at me weird when I have to stop walking and cross legs when sneeze comes on. Darn kids…they did this to me! lol.
Exercising is so important! I try to do some every day.
I don’t have leakage issues, but there is a whole group of moms in my zumba class who do & there is always a collective sigh when a song with jumps comes on!
