    I read part of the book available through Amazon’s “look inside” feature, and I’m now convinced that baking bacon is the way to go–no more messy frying!

    I like that it’s all about BACON! Who doesn’t like that? I like that it has a bacon dessert chapter. I haven’t had bacon in desserts yet, but I have heard that chocolate covered bacon is delicious.

    I like that it got a full 4.5 stars! All of the recipes look absolutely delicious and my SO is a bacon-loving fiend. This would be a perfect book for us!

    Besides loving all things bacon- I also love that some of the recipes include desserts and unusual combinations like the bacon cinnamon rolls.

    Other than for breakfast, I didn’t know bacon could be used in so many recipes,especially desserts,We are big bacon fans in my house and I would love to try these recipes.
