I didn’t realize Aloe Vera was a superfood. I thought it was only good for burns. That twisted tomato smoothie sure sounds awesome!

Since last year, my family and I have attempted to live a healthier lifestyle. Hubby has termed it the “church of healthy living.”
We have changed our eating habits and are already eating many of the foods on the list. Hubby recently purchased a BlendTec which he is very excited about. He buys fruit in bulk and has been making smoothies/ice cream everyday.
We’ve been trying to make better decisions about food, and the cookbook sounds like a great way to incorporate the most nutritious foods into our lives. Can’t wait to check out all of the recipes.
