I am going to give you a walk through of how I designed a site with GoDaddy GoCentral Website Builder. Here are the basic steps:
Today, I am going to show you how to set up a niche website about health topics for women over 45. You could use my example for any niche blog, except an e-commerce site. In a previous blog post, I showed you set up a quick e-commerce site in How to Set Up an Online Vintage Store (but my example would work for any e-commerce site).
First, I went in to GoDaddy and signed up for No credit card required! Then, the website asked a few simple questions about my topic and site name.
The GoCentral Website Builder then knew what feel to give my site and chose stock health-related pictures to get me started. Once I let GoCentral Website Builder know that I wanted a health related site, it presented me with a design to edit. Wow! Instantly, I could see my website unfolding before my eyes. I loved that I could alter so many aspects and figure out the look myself! I could change the header’s look, add sections, incorporate a blog feed and embed videos. The selection of graphics, fonts, and colors was phenomenal. ALL this but no need to understand how to code!
Changing colors, fonts and sections:

Incorporating my blog’s health feed:

Putting in my own images into the header:
My previous websites that I created on other platforms have taken days to design and cost me quite a bit to work with a designer to get them set up. In about an hour, on GoCentral’s Website builder, I had a health related niche site that looked great. I could also set up SEO, email targeting and more. As well, I could view the site on both mobile and desktop so I was sure I had the look I wanted. Another bonus is that I can build websites from my desktop and mobile device as well, websites on the fly!
