I am giving gifts just to 4 people. 3 are getting just one gift, one is getting two.
I am just very glad I get to give them in person this year.

Love watching the Wendy Williams show. I agree with her, we spend way too much on Christmas gifts.

It is easy to fall into the trap of over-giving rather than *thoughtful* giving. I have to check myself every year…and mostly go overboard every year.

I am guilty of over-giving. It’s a hard habit to break.

Great article we should limit what we give.

I agree with Wendy! Too much is TOO MUCH. I have been guilty of excessive gift giving in the past myself.

It can get overboard. I was invited to a Christmas get together a few years ago, where the grandparents were there. The grandchild had so many presents and some were huge, the total among family members for just this one child was probably a few thousand dollars,. The child didn’t even appreciate most of it, the presents opened in several “shifts,” for a kid about two years old. It was a bit much to take in, I never saw anything like that before! It was like Santa’s entire sleigh had unloaded there for this one kid, almost buried alive!
