Be empowered. To give another woman a boost up using the ideas suggested in the enclosed monthly “Lift Up” card because I think it is very encouraging.
If they select your photo to appear on a monthly Lift Up Card, you will receive a free Woman Up Box! That is such a great encouragement to share lifting each other up! I would like to see that they allowed alternatives to foods. Those nuts look delicious, however, personally, I can’t eat them or I will be sick for days afterward.
I love that they donate to women charities and that they choose a new one each month. How fun!

I was interested to learn that one would receive “blissful treats for mind, body, soul and senses.” If they were nice treats, that would be okay, or okay treats, that, also, would be okay. But blissful treats are my favorite kind of treats!
