I would choose the EXTRA CARE DAILY PROBIOTIC 30 BILLION, because I saw that it said it helps with issues to do with irritable bowel syndrome, and helps boost immunity. Both are things I could definitely use!
I would try the Woman’s Daily Probiotic. I’ve had some problems in the past and the doctor has recommended I use a probiotic regularly.
I’d get the kids probiotic. My daughter has been prescribed MiraLax for over 2 years now and it doesn’t seem to help, plus I”m afraid of the chemicals it contains.
