I would choose the Ultimate Flora Extra Care Daily Probiotic 30 Billion because I have had a lot of digestive issues and I think this would help me get on track.
I’d get the kids Ultimate Flora… our poor daughter often gets backed up and it becomes quite the ordeal to fix the problem with a suppository and all sorts of crying and torment for her… this could really help with her regularity and you get the bonus of helping their immune system too…
